4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free delivery on complete sets within Jamalpur-Munger and surrounding areas in Bihar, India.
Installation is available within 48 working hours, depending on location and product availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Installation and AMC

Installation services are offered either free or at nominal charges depending on the package selected.
AMC services are available at additional cost and must be renewed annually.
Onsite service is available for 1 year post-installation under warranty.

6. Warranty and Replacement Policy

Products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
10-day replacement guarantee is available for defective or damaged items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
No returns will be accepted for used products unless they are defective.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

8. User Account

You may create an account for faster checkout and order tracking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
