Jamalpur, Munger, and all major locations in Bihar.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will notify you within 48 hours of placing the order.

2. Shipping Charges

Free delivery is available on complete CCTV set purchases.
For partial orders or accessories, nominal delivery charges may apply based on your location.
All applicable charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you make payment.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are usually delivered within 1–5 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
For Jamalpur-Munger region, installation and delivery may be completed within 48 hours from the order confirmation.
Delivery delays may occur during festivals, government restrictions, or unforeseen weather conditions.

4. Installation Schedule

With in 48 hours installation is available in most areas after delivery.
Our technician will call you to confirm a suitable time for installation.
Free installation is available on selected product packages. Others may incur nominal charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Confirmation
