Return and Replacement

At CCTV Bihar, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality products and services. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to help with a smooth return and replacement process.


Important Note

At CCTV Bihar, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • We do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased.
  • In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we provide replacements only.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
  • Replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and verified.

1. Return Policy

a) Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product or a product different from what you ordered.
  • The request is made within 10 days of the delivery date.

b) Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, installed, or tampered with.
  • The product is not in its original packaging and condition.
  • The return request is made after 10 days from delivery.
  • The item was damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Services such as installation or AMC once availed are non-returnable.

2. Replacement Policy

a) Eligibility for Replacement

  • Only products that are physically damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for replacement.
  • Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Photos or video proof of the damage must be shared with our support team.

b) Replacement Timeline

  • Once approved, replacements are processed within 3–5 working days.
  • In case the exact product is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent product or issue a refund as per your preference.

3. Return Pickup & Reverse Logistics

  • Reverse pickup is available in eligible cases for an additional fee starting at β‚Ή150 for packages larger than 1Γ—1 sq. ft. Final charges depend on the package size.
  • The product must be securely packed in its original box with all accessories and invoices.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship it manually and we will reimburse the reasonable courier cost.

4. Steps to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  • Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue
