- We do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased.
- In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we provide replacements only.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
- Replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and verified.

1. Return Policy
a) Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon delivery.
- You received the wrong product or a product different from what you ordered.
- The request is made within 10 days of the delivery date.
b) Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has been used, installed, or tampered with.
- The product is not in its original packaging and condition.
- The return request is made after 10 days from delivery.
- The item was damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Services such as installation or AMC once availed are non-returnable.
2. Replacement Policy
a) Eligibility for Replacement
- Only products that are physically damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for replacement.
- Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Photos or video proof of the damage must be shared with our support team.
b) Replacement Timeline
- Once approved, replacements are processed within 3β5 working days.
- In case the exact product is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent product or issue a refund as per your preference.
3. Return Pickup & Reverse Logistics
- Reverse pickup is available in eligible cases for an additional fee starting at βΉ150 for packages larger than 1Γ1 sq. ft. Final charges depend on the package size.
- The product must be securely packed in its original box with all accessories and invoices.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship it manually and we will reimburse the reasonable courier cost.
