Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CCTV Bihar, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, you may wish to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

a) Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team immediately via phone or email with your Order ID.
  • If payment was already made, the refund will be initiated as per our refund process (see Section 2).

b) After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or dispatched for delivery.
  • In such cases, you may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to our Replacement Policy.

2. Refund Policy

a) Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The order was canceled before dispatch.
  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not working on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
  • The item delivered is incorrect or not as described.

b) Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the product is physically damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • If the return request is made after 10 days of delivery.
  • If the item has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition and packaging.
  • Installation or service charges are non-refundable once the service is completed.

c) Refund Timeline

  • Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be done via UPI/bank transfer after collecting bank details.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for cancellation or refund
  • Photos (in case of damaged or incorrect product)

4. Replacement Option

In case of defective or damaged items, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for more details.
